DVD-Architect: why’s Subtitles not possible for – apparently – only my program?
I’ve got a strange problem. Lately I’ve been working a lot in both Vegas 11 & DVD-Architect 5.0.
I’ve created quite nice DVD’s from my travel-videos and everything’s been working perfectly. Then I got the idea, that I’d like to subtitle some scenes, but I think just “stamping” them as text on my sourcefiles in Vegas, would be both too cumbersome and too much of a bungle, to be honest.
Then I learn from threads around the web, that it’s possible to generate and/or import subtitle tracks directly in DVD-Architect.
Great. I find both walkthroughs and extensive illustrations of the way to go about this.
Only problem is: None of the menus exists in my program and none of the keyboard shortcuts work (e.g. ctrl-shift-t should add a track)Even the official manual for DVD-Arch covers subtitling, but it seems to me like it was written for another program entirely…
I am using DVD-A v. 5.0 Build 157. I’ve read that others do it with versions as far back as 2.0.
I hope somebody can figure this out!
Thanks
