  Sony Vegas Masking Problems

  hi 🙂
  i’m not sure if a question like this has already been answered or not, but i’ve followed tons of masking tutorials and my mask always end up wrong. What i mask is the shape that the video plays in, instead of the part that i want masked to move all at once. Here is the problem i’m having illustrated :

  Masking only affects the frame you mask, when the image moves,
  the mask does’nt move, you have to keyframe every movement (frame)…
  this now is very time consuming.

  The girl in the image that you masked has moved in the image that doesn’t match. You must move the mask as she moves. Frame-by-frame. This is very time consuming and there are other (more expensive) tools that can automate this but with Vegas, you must move each point in the mask individually to move with the girl in every frame of the video.
