How do I make a glow or spotlight that shines behind me standing (in the video) as if a light source is behind my body. In a short explanation, I mean like background light? So how do I make them in Sony Vegas Pro?

    I don’t think it’s possible in Vegas.

Actually you can, you would need duplicate the track with your body, use the Pan/Crop tool to mask yourself out on the top clip. Now add a glow around the masked clip using the glow track in the Track Motion properties.

Or on the bottom clip add the light source (such as a lens from the Video FX tab), position it where you need it.

    Unless you mean this effect.

Which was done by masking or keying the foreground, and placing the light rays (which was a frame from a Digital Juice stock lighting footage (009_lighting from Compositors Toolkit 2) on the lower track.

This are the only three things I could think of that can be done inside of Vegas Pro without 3rd Party software.
