  how to make text/video to follow your hands?

  I would like to know how to make text or video follow your hands (or anything really) around, because i saw this meekakitty video, (actually most of them have it) that had it.

  skip to 0:44 to see it (or it could be any where else in the video but the closest one was 0:44)
  please, tell me if i can do this in vegas or premiere!

  Lots of keyframes.

  You’ll basically keyframe the text properties start position, then again at each point you want the text to move.
