    Why does AE stretch my footage when I import it? All the resolutions are set correctly, and in the preview top left it looks normal, but in the composition its stretched.

    What are the dimensions and PAR for your footage and what dimensions and PAR are your comps set to?

    Comps and footage are both at 960×720 set to dvcPRO 24p, pixel aspect ratio: dvcpro 1.33

    Do you have Pixel Aspect Ratio compensation turned on in your comp viewer?
