Hi there, I work a lot with power point slides (JPEG files at the end) and Im wondering if there is or if we are able to create a shortcut to have the same fade in a selected piece.

For example, 15 o 20 frames just by doing CTRL + (something.

    Thanks!

I don’t believe so, but maybe one of the experts on here can lend some insight.

Do you want the slide to have a 15 frame fade in, a 15 frame fade out, both or is this a crossfade from slide to slide?

Hey, thanks for the interest… the idea is 15 fade in and 15 fade out. Thanks!!

As long as you’re running Vegas Pro and not one of the Movie Studio versions, John Rofrano posted a script called FadeEventInOut.js in the Fade in/out video event question thread that will do what you want.
To make it 15 frames instead of 30, change 1000 to 500 in the line var fadeAmount : Timecode = new Timecode(1000) and re-save it under a new name (e.g. FadeEventInOut-1-2_sec.js).
I keep two versions of this script (1/2 sec. and one sec.) on my toolbar as I use it a lot.
