  Sony Vegas 9 renders black with sound IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES

  Hello,

  Sometimes when I render in Sony Vegas 9, what is ultimately rendered is just a black screen but with audio. However, it might happen on one render, and then I render again, and it doesn’t happen.

  And it only happens at the start of a new clip. I am rendering huffy uncompressed AVI files. Say I have 6 in the timeline. It might go black say at the start of the 3rd one. And sometimes it recovers after a few seconds, but sometimes it remains black for the entire AVI until it hits the next one.

  What can I do?
