  Render for web streaming

  What file format do I use to make a video available for web streaming, and playing within a few seconds of landing on the web page?

  I found a software called Handbrake, but all it does is skew my mp4 formats and I spent hours rendering different ways – with all the same skewed files from handbrake! So I am hoping there is a way to render directly out of Sony Vegas for web streaming…

  There is a free utility called MP4 FastStart that will make any MP4 file streaming compatible. I use it with Sony AVC MP4 files.
