Job Description:
Have a real estate license you want to put into use? Have a love for shooting video? This is the job for you! 4321 Media Solutions is looking to hire part-time/full-time videographers to shoot walkthroughs of various apartments all around the Boston Area.This job will require you to bike to the apartments assigned to you that day and shoot short 2-4 minute walkthroughs of the apartments. It generally takes 5 minutes per apartment you shoot, and many times, apartments will be within the same complex. You WILL NOT have to worry about calling tenants or landlords or calling for keys– all of that will be dealt with for you. In addition, you will not be responsible for obtaining a video camera– we have those for you! Schedule is generally 10 am-3, 4, or 5 pm 5 days a week, but it’s flexible.
You will receive $2.50 for every video you shoot. If you shoot 40 videos in one day, that’s $100 for that day. Full-time salary: $2,000 per month Part-time salary: Varies depending on hours available

Media background encouraged

Better yet, I have a few “friends” that I can recommend it to. -
I did real estate drive-by shootings (MLS Photos) many years ago. There is NO WAY anyone could shoot 20 apartment videos in a day unless they were all in the same building.
