  Vegas Platinum Installation issue

  I downloaded the 30 day trial for Vegas Platinum 11 and when the trial was up I bought the software, now when I go to load it up it takes me to the small white screen where it would usually ask me to purchase the software or enter a serial number but that page is totally blank. So I can’t even enter the serial number!

  HPE-560Z
  64Bit

  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  You could try to download a new copy and reinstall.
  Note, you did not need to remove any SCS software to reinstall or upgrade.

  If this still doesn’t work, then you will have to call customer service – NOT tech support.
