  Edit Problem!

  Okay, In a clip i’m trying to edit, I want a part to be normal and the rest, so this is what I do

  Note: This doesn’t work, need help

  I highlight the selected part I want to look like a T.V look. Drag the effect in the highlighted section. But when I view it, It makes all of it look like a T.V look.

  PLEASE HELP 🙁

  Split the clip at the beginning and end of where you want the FX to happen and apply it to that section only.

  You could also keyframe the parameters of the FX to make it turn on and off whenever you’d like. This avoids splitting the event (which also works).

  Good suggestion John.
  That way, the OP can gradually reveal and then fade out the FX.
