  Tracking cookie cutter oval with soccer player in real time – 1 to 2 seconds

  I have used the Generated Media (Sony Solid Color) and the Sony Cookie Cutter FX to highlight a soccer player for a recruitment video. I have seen one tutorial using images and stopping motion to highlight the player. I have mastered that.

  I would like to also be able to track the player in real time using the same generated media and having the Cookie Cutter Image overlayed over the player and follow the player for maybe 1-2 seconds.

  What would be the best way to do that?

  The best way is to use motion tracking tools like BCC
  tutorial
  Another way is to create keyframes manually, as an example:
