June 20, 2011 at 5:21 pmHDV 1280×720 is 29.97 progressive frames. Often referred to as 720-30p.

June 20, 2011 at 6:21 pmYea, there is no format of 720 that is interlaced. It’s either 24p, 25p, or 30p. I guess newer camera even shoot 50p and 60p. But none are interlaced.
