  HDV question

  Is HDV (1280×720) delivered to a station for broadcast in progressive or interlaced?

  It’s 720P60 HDV 2. Progressive.

  HDV 1280×720 is 29.97 progressive frames. Often referred to as 720-30p.

  Yea, there is no format of 720 that is interlaced. It’s either 24p, 25p, or 30p. I guess newer camera even shoot 50p and 60p. But none are interlaced.

  I learned something today. I thought it was only 720 60p. That’s what I love about these forums.
