  format for music and video and music for internet sale

  what format and what quality eg kbps etc to upload
  1. music
  2. video and music

  to sites like itunes, ibaby, amazon

  Also are there other sites to sell on and is the format the same as you recommend

  I am using sony vegas pro 8.

  For music I would upload 320Kbps MP3 file. For video, AVC/H.264 is the best format for PC/Mac compatibility. I’m sure each site like iTunes, etc. will have their own specifications and you’ll have to conform to them.

  The Sony AVC and MainConcept AVC render type will both give you AVC/H.264 files. You can use either.
