Vegas cuts off last few frames of video/audio from rendered video
Does anyone know how to deal with this? I don’t know if this usually happens or if I never notice it, but I just rendered a video in which someone is talking until almost the very last frame. It was about a 4 minute clip that I rendered in MP4, and the rendered video cuts off the last few frames.
I’m rendering the highlighted section only and have snapping on. I’m highlighting exactly what I need to. Any ideas? I lengthened the highlighted region by a few frames, which works, but is an annoying and unnecessary step.
Also, as a side issue, when I have video fade up from black as the starting point of my video, the rendered video will first show a frame of footage from right before the fade up if the clips are next to each other. Very annoying, and I missed it on a few videos I did for clients before posting them. The solution so far is to just move the clips apart on the timeline before rendering, but I wonder if this too has some fix that involves Vegas actually working properly.
I use Vegas 9 Pro.
Thanks.
