Activity Forums VEGAS Pro Can i add a title in vegas?

    when i do, it deletes part of my clip? how do i move all my clips over? i can do it one by one but theres too many

    SURE, all is there under the Media Generators tab.
    Just drag what you want from the many selections to where
    you want it on the timeline.

    I am not following you when you say that it “deletes” part of your “clip”…
    Make a new video track above your video track and put the generated media there.
    also, just a nit – everything on the timeline is an event – not a clip. The only place in the manual or help files where you will find “clip” is in the trimmer.

    Hi;

    here is a link to a GREAT tutorial on one of the coolest possible titles that can be created with just Vegas. I’ve used Geralds tip over and over, the shiny, metallic effect is compelling.     It’s not the easiest of projects, but once you get it working you can save it as a template of sorts and use it over and over. I like to use them for the titles of the school orchestra vids I post, and change the colors to match the school’s colors.
