April 13, 2011 at 8:41 pm“unmanaged exception” is all you need to know. This usually means that the O/S has received an error code from a DLL or driver that it wasn’t expecting, and so it doesn’t know what to do with it.
The culprit is almost always a driver problem. I would look first at the video driver.

April 14, 2011 at 2:34 amI would also try rolling back the overclocking. If you’ve tuned the overclocking to the edge of failure you are only asking for problems.

April 15, 2011 at 3:07 pmI am still crashing now close to 30 times on one project _ i tried to undo over clock. meaning i think i did it ok. I have removed hardware. I had a blackmagic intensity pro card installed also with my Qudro 4000 so i could have a 3rd monitor – I took that out last night hope that might have been it? Or maybe my quadro has a problem? it happens alot when use an eye dropper for anything. Dont know what else to do.
any ideas i am open.PC

April 16, 2011 at 12:39 amSony tech support can’t help you fix your computer. I would go all the way back to a fresh install of Windows. Buy a new 500Gb hard disk, do a fresh install of Windows and Vegas – don’t forget those device drivers. If you *still* have a problem, then start suspecting hardware.
