  Strange white lines at the bottom of the frame, both preview and rendered.

  Hello,

  Beginning with the upgrade to Vegas 10.0c, I have been noticing vertical white lines appear on the bottom of the frame of my videos.

  I have been googling around everywhere for a solution to this issue, and it doesn’t help that “white lines” can be used for all kinds of framing features with Vegas.

  I have found no solution to this issue, and uninstalling / reinstalling does not help.

  In this video, you can see the lines I am referring to (Please excuse the example):

  All preferences have been reset to default.

  What is causing this? It happens on ALL imported media, and although my system is insanely overpowered, it can not preview any video at full framerate when set to even draft quality because (I can only assume) these lines are being generated in real-time (and for rendered exports)

  I’d guess that whatever video decoder you’re using for this format (codec) is overlaying a graph of something like bitrate or CPU load as it does the decoding.

  Are you using ffdshow as the decoder? If so, open the Video Decoder config window and UNcheck visualizations. You might have the graph option enabled.
