  Previewing fx in SVS

  Is there a way to preview an event fx before actually using it in Sony Vegas Studio? I am looking for something that looks like the transition samples that you can view before inserting them into a project. (SVS 10)

  Try holding your curser over the effect icon, it should animate its effect for you.

  Do you mean in the plug-in choose window? It doesn’t work there.

  No, he means the Vidoe FX window which is normally docked but if it isn’t visible, you can use View | Video FX Alt+8 to see it.
