  Spiral Warps

  Hi!

  I’ve tried many ways to recreate this effect in After Effects and still haven’t found any. What you can see in this picture is what I may call a Spiral Warp.

  

  The following link is for a video where this effect is widely applied. Yet, as I read a ‘behind the scenes’ description, they mention they used a programmer to write code in Java to warp the pictures.
