  Sony Vegas settings for you tube

  Hi
  I recently shot a music video in 1080i (pal) hdv. I want to put a copy of it on youtube. I want to keep as much of the quality as I can. I’m using sony vegas pro 9. I’d like to know what are the best project settings, and what is the best format and settings for rendering? Specifically for youtube.
