Sony Vegas wont render with fraps files and they get corrupt
Hi.
I just got sony vegas pro 9 a few days ago and im making a movie project for school.
Everything works well expect when rendering..
Ive recorded multiple clips from youtube with the program FRAPS and to begin with all the files work fine until they some of them starts getting red on the storyboard and black on the screen.
Ive been looking through the forums alot now and i understand that red files on the sotryboard means that they are corrupt. I saw in a forum that converting the files into M-JPEG using the program Avidemux.
I thought that would help the files not getting corrupt and make sony vegas able to render but it’s still the same.
Though only one file got corupted this time when the files were converted but the rendering time still freezes and the time just keeps going up to insane amount of hours but the procent still stays at 0.
I havent found any threads with the same problem but i hope someone here holds the answer.
I really hope someone in here can help me out. I need to get this movie done in a couple of days so im kinda desperate.

Actually, no. Red usually means you are low on resources. I’ve seen Red clips and simply restarted Vegas and they went away. If you really are low on resources you may need more memory and/or use the 64-bit version of Vegas. Also using very high resolution in your FRAPS files will cause problems as well, try recording as close to your deliver resolution as possible.
