  Slow and reverse motion

  Does anyone know a way to use Sony Vegas Pro software to change the speed of an existing clip – make it run slower or faster – or have it play backwards?

  Right-click the video event and choose Insert Velocity envelope.
  The online help menu explains everything you need to know.
