  Editing at two different locations

  Hey Everyone,

  I own a video production company and my business partner is moving an hour away. Instead of having him come into the office everyday, we want to find a way for him to be able to edit our vegas files from his home office. We both have Sony Vegas Pro. We are trying to find an online “hard drive” website that we can upload our vegas files and media files to so he can edit during the day, and I can progress the editing that night. We kind of want to use a better version of Dropbox.

  Any suggestions on how to make this happen would be greatly appreciated!

  If you both have the original media files, all you need to exchange is the veg files. Vegas is non-destructive – you never change the original footage.

  BTW – I use Dropbox to exchange files with clients.

  You might want to use special programs such as Radmin. You can remotely control your computer in the office from anywhere
