Video converting
So, i just brought myself a videocamera, Sony DCR-SX53E and i have a problem, that i can’t use my videos in Sony Vegas Pro 8. I mean, i have to convert them, just to use them in Sony Vegas. And theres the other problem, i don’t have a good converting program. So, i really need your help. I want to use my videoclips to make something good, but if converting program takes down all the graphic, then i just don’t know what to do anymore. I so need your help :/.

Saving format is MPEG-2 PS.
I have already tried two different converting program, but none of these work good. I mean video quality is so bad after converting :/. -
Why are you converting?
You should be able to drop the camera files on the Vegas timeline and render it out to the desired format.
Having said that, MPEG-2 is already a compressed format and making a DVD from it will cause a quality loss.
Using a custom render template will help to minimize this loss. -
ehm, i think i found a solution. I discovered a software, what came with the CD, when i bought a camera. So that program has converting program and now i don’t have to look somewhere else for that program. yay, i’m so happy 😀
