Want the after effects 7 timeline to show in seconds.

Still using After Effects pro 7 sometimes, and standardly the
timeline is set in frames….But how specifically do i get

April 9, 2009 at 1:06 amI’m not sure if this was already possible in v7 but try to click on the (top-left) frame-counter in your timeline panel but hold down the ALT button while doing so. Might need to click more than once until it changes to seconds.
Alternatively you can go into the project settings (File -> Project Settings).I hope it helps

April 9, 2009 at 1:38 amThis hasn’t changed between After Effects 7 and After Effects CS4.
As Dino says, you can Ctrl-click (Windows) or Command-click (Mac OS) the time display to cycle through the modes.
Because this feature hasn’t changed, you can read the “Time display units” section of After Effects Help for more information.
