Pan/Crop Box Missing
=/ I was using pan/crop while editing a video, when I clicked away it disappeared from the screen and when I tried opening up the box again, nothing happened. The box is gone. I’ve tried looking at suggestions online: tried hiding my taskbar – couldn’t find it, re-setting vegas to default setting – still wouldn’t appear. Nothing I do seems to be working and I still can access the pan/crop box. I’ve also moved things around, hidden certain things, nothing. By the way, no idea if this means anything but when I click the pan/crop icon thing that is in the corner of a video clip the cut and copy icons on the vegas toolbar + the bar above it (with options, view, tools, etc) gray out for a moment.

In addition to hiding the taskbar, try changing your screen resolution to a higher setting.
If the missing window is hidden at the bottom, this should allow it to be shown.
Once you get things back to normal in Vegas, change your screen resolution back to what it was. -
I’m having a similar problem but with a text toolbar, which I thought I had accidentally dragged offscreen. Having tried to change the resolution and restored default settings, I can’t get it back. So I’m wondering if there’s another problem.
When I place a text plate into the timeline and click on the ‘media generator’ icon on the plate the vegas window flashes like it’s loaded it, but then the toolbar doesn’t appear. Whilst I am certain I accidentally dragged it offscreen, the fact that I have been unable to retrieve it leads me to think otherwise.
