I use the video format ‘Lagarith Lossless Codec’ when rendering videos in Sony Vegas.

This video I’ve been working on won’t upload to Youtube. It reaches 100% and I get the following error – Unable to convert video file.

I’ve tried uploading it 4 times or so now.

Whats odd is that I rendered a random short clip using the same codec, and it uploaded successfully to Youtube.

I don’t understand why my project won’t upload?

I used GSpot to verify what codecs and such is in the video that won’t upload and I got this as a result – https://img687.imageshack.us/img687/9870/gspota.jpg

    Any help would be great.

The file may be reaching the size limit for YouTube. Lagarith produces very large files. Try using the Sony AVC encoder instead. This is the one Sony recommends for YouTube and they even have YouTube presets in the Vegas Pro version (they start with “Internet”).
