  How do I create a 3D Rotating Text Effect in Sony Vegas 9.x?

  Hi

  I would to know how to create a 3D rotating text effect in Vegas but am stumped as to how. Google keeps on returning hits for spinning or rotating text, but it is not what I am after. It for an introductory sequence of a school play. It is unpaid work.

  The best example I can think of to explain it is the old news reels, in which they had a graphic of the globe (Planet Earth), with text going around the equator. I want the text to be able to go around the globe.

  Any assistance or veg files showing how would be much appreciated.

  “I want the text to be able to go around the globe”

  The best way to do this in Vegas is to use the Graffitti plugin:

  Another (cheaper) possibility is Blufftitler, but this program will not work as a plug-in in Vegas, only as a stand alone.

  It can be done in Vegas 9.x pro, but you will need patience. I have used this tutorial with success.
