  Video and Audio not showing

  When i add a video to the time frame it shows a blank screen and no audio ive tried with other clips filmed with the same camera. When i add a video from a different camera i have no problem. Anyone know the solution?

  What kind of camera and video format does it make?
  Sounds like you don’t have the codec for that format
