It looks like you’ve changed the default DPI settings in Windows to display your fonts larger. This is almost always a bad idea as Windows implements this extremely poorly. Set your fonts back to the defaults in Windows and everything should work fine again. If your fonts are tool small, use a lower resolution display.

Hmmm… I assume you change it to begin with so you would know. It’s different for XP and Vista/Windows 7.

    For XP:

    • Right-click on the desktop and select Properties from the pop-up menu.
    • Select the Appearance tab
    • Set the Font Size to Normal
    • Select the Settings tab
    • Press the Advanced button
    • Change the DPI setting to Normal size (96 DPI)
    • Press the OK button twice.

    For Vista/Windows 7:

    • Right-click on the desktop and select Screen Resolution from the pop-up menu.
    • Click on Make text and other items larger or smaller
    • Select Smaller – 100% (default)
    • Press the Apply button.
    • Select Set custom text size (DPI) from the list on the left
    • Set the scale to 100%
    • Press the OK button

This should get you back to the default font resolution.

I checked and everything is the way you have written. Could there be any other reason?

Obviously there is… but I don’t know why (sorry). It’s usually caused by a DPI issue. Try and think of any other reason that your system might be non-standard.

I suppose you could try a clean uninstall. This removes all traces of the program including the registry. I’ve done this in the past and it’s really not that hard. You can look at Sony’s knowledge base articles for how to do this. This info is also available on this forum as well.
