I live in Israel, and I WILL ask about the legal aspects and release forms needed here. Thanks.
My specific issue is quite different though… here’s the case:
On my site, on the “demo clips” page, there are some demo clips of my work. There are two of them… that one of these two is a 9 minute clip of a family occation that in it, my brother is seen for about 3 seconds. Another clip is a 4 minute clip from a New Years party that has censored nudity in it. On the bottom of the clip I have written: “This clip contains censored nudity (stripper). Please be advised.”
A family member called me and said that the nudity is censored ok, so there’s no problem with that, but since my brother is very religious, if he knew that he was seen in a clip on a website, that on the same page has a clip with censored nudity, he might be upset.
Now, I know for a fact, that my brother, being religious and all, will never surf the net, and never know about this. Besides, he is not a main subject in the clip… AND, the censored nudity is in a different clip completely. I just don’t see any reason that I should take into consideration someone being shown in a clip on the same page as something else shown in a different clip… It’s not like I put censored nudity in the same clip as him!
So where are the limits?

Ok, so just to make sure that I understand…
If a camera is able to shoot 30p AND 25p… does this mean it can shoot NTSC and PAL?
I know that NTSC is 30p (or 29.9) and PAL is 25p. So when I see a camera like the Panasonic AG-DVX100B, that it says it can shoot 25p and 30p… I would assume that this means it can shoot NTSC or PAL…
BUT, when I search in the net, I see that the Panasonic AG-DVX100B PAL and Panasonic AG-DVX100B NTSC are TWO SEPERATE cameras:
In the link above, the Shooting mode for the NTSC says:
60i (525i) interlaced fields Progressive mode (30P, 24P or 24P advance)and the PAL Shooting mode says:
50i (625i) interlaced fields Progressive mode (25P)So I don’t understand… Does this mean that the Panasonic AG-DVX100B has THREE different camera versions?? One that can shoot only PAL, one that can shoot only NTSC, and one that can shoot both?

Thanks for the reply. I didn’t understand though what you answered. Maybe I didn’t ask clearly.
I need to produce some of my videos in NTSC and some in PAL. Now there are two ways to do this:
1. Shoot in the format you need. (will need a camera that supports shooting either format)
2. Shoot in one format and then convert it to desired format in editing process. (don’t need a camera that supports shooting in either format).My question is… does it make a difference if I use a camera that can shoot both formats (NTSC or PAL) or if I just shoot, say in NTSC all the time, and when I need PAL, I can just convert it to PAL afterwards?

Yes, I looked into the XLH1 as well, and the downside for me is that it’s a little pricy. My price range is $3500 max. Maybe I’ll upgrade in the future. Thanks for the 2 cents. 🙂

Found the “three way color correcter” in premiere pro. It’s just amazing. Able to touch up just about everything.

Thanks for the reply. Actually, I had tried using layer adjustment and curve adjustment for this particular movie, but the scenes changed so much, although I didn’t have to make changes to each frame… there was a lot of cutting and reaplying to do on too many clips. I thought maybe there was a plugin that could detect an initial setting and try to “guess” for the remainder of the video. (That would be a million dollar plugin!)
The built in exposures are pretty limited to presets (maybe I missed something) and I wasn’t too successful with that.
Anyhow, I’ll have to do my best. Thanks again!

2. My question is not about this video in particular. I want to film in the future but have no backup light so I was wondering if I can tweak some light in After Effects or Premiere Pro.
3. Notice in pic1, there is light in the backround and her face is dark.
