I’m a big fan of Flanders Scientific
I have the LM-2461W 10 Bit Grading Monitor.

I know they recently released a 17inch version 10Bit Monitor, but it is $3,292.00. I know it is a bit more than your budget, but it might be worth a look.

    Hope this helps.

This was my issue with Ppro CS6/ Resolve work flow. I forgot to look closer at Resolve for the twirl down menu. Thanks!

WOW! Such great information on LTO archiving.

I’m in the process of going to LTO for archiving tapeless footage and projects/elements. I know it is going to be a huge investment. But I’m sitting on a lot of footage and projects that need backing up. Thank you to everyone on this thread for such great info. I’m looking at getting at the Tolis Group’s The Edit Bay Cube.

Due to that lack of PCIe slots I’m also going to need to get a Atto R680 for both my SAS connected RAID and LTO drive. But it will be worth it in the end and I can breathe easier once all is archived on mirrored tapes.

I’m having the same issue as well. I have a Mab Pro 5,1 with the ATI 5770, Deck Link Extreme 3D with Quadro 4000. I’m outputting to my FSI LM-2461W. It is lagging. I was looking for some sort of offset, but could not find one.

October 19, 2011 at 1:27 pm in reply to: JL Cooper Question…

I have worked with the JL Cooper with Color, and there it was a little fussy for sure. I am now working with it on DaVinci and It is SOLID! I love it. Though I do not do much 3D. I have also worked with the Avid Artist Series Panel. It is very smooth, but like the Wave, you have to do a lot of button pushing to get where you need to be. I am selling the Avid Panel if anyone is interested.
