What format is the source footage? Is it variable or constant frame rate? Where did it it come from and with what settings? What are your sequence settings and what are your export settings?

But installing the new version does not delete the manual from the internet. The Blackmagic Support page has manuals down to version 10 available.

These things aren’t version 15 specific and can be found in the latest manual in the deliver page section. Set up remote rendering and edit current render queue item.

What kind of footage are we talking about here? Format? Resolution? Frame rate? Sequence settings?

Because different video players between different browsers on different operating systems don’t adhere to any single standard on how things should look.

The lessons are probably on the disc as video files. You won’t need that app.

It’s not even only the browser. It also changes between different video services on different operating systems. It would be neat if there was a universal solution for this but there isn’t.

It’s also good to remember that sometimes half-ass is the proper amount of ass. If you have badly lit, compressed footage then you should make it look good overall instead of trying to fix some small part that viewers probably won’t care about.

Also a lightwrap might do some good when you have the background ready.
