  • Bernardo,

Thanks for your reply. That does work, and in fact that’s how I’ve been proceeding with the project the last several days. However, it entirely defeats the purpose of Dynamic Linking. I completely understand if there are limitations on how and in what situations you can create dynamic links, but I would sure like to know what they are.

    David,

I haven’t looked in detail yet, but it looks like you’ve achieved a level of polish beyond what I put together. Does your product work on FCP and Premier or only on Avid?

I looked for an email for you but didn’t see it. I’ll be happy to answer any questions you have, though. Fire away. 🙂

    Bob and Eric,

Thanks for your kind words. It would not have been possible had I not read your great SAN article from several years back, Bob. I’m not a student. I’m fast approaching forty. I work for a small non-profit shop. You can see a sample of our work here: https://vimeo.com/27935302

Sorry it’s taken me so long to share the info. I did want to be sure we’d put the system through it’s paces, and then… well life got the better of me, and I didn’t get the notes into any sort of readable order until just last week.
