The directions are poorly written, though i was able to capture directly in QuickTime, but it defaults to 16&#215;9 (not good for VHS), and there&#8217;s some magenta discoloration on the top third of the screen. </p>
<p>i might be returning this, unless i can figure out how to at least get rid of&hellip;</p>

I&#8217;ve contacted the manufacturer and they say to reinstall the software, try different USB and RCA cables, even a different VHS deck, but the issue remains, so i&#8217;m guessing it&#8217;s the box. I found the ClearClick on Amazon and figure&hellip;</p>

Then again, folks will need a BluRay player to ever utilize them, but anyway&#8230;</p>

I have a project and when i go to do a render, the default save location is not where i want it, so i change it for that render, but it never stays at that last folder. I&#8217;m guessing there&#8217;s an easy fix for this one?  😉 </p>

I do see the cart icon in PP once i&#8217;ve dragged those clips to my timeline, so guessing i&#8217;ll be charged somehow now that they&#8217;re already on my timeline. If so&#8230;i think that&#8217;s kinda sneaky of them, though i do understand about not getting everything for &#8220;free&#8221;&#8230;even with a CC subscription for the&hellip;</p>

(which i don&#8217;t want yet). That&#8217;s it. Thanks.</p>

All my assets are on the timeline. I go to render in Media Encoder and see the yellow &#8220;Warning&#8221;. i hover over it and it says &#8220;Offline Media Detected&#8221;&#8230;ALL 110 pieces..but they&#8217;re all there on the timeline. If I render it, i get the Offline Media Graphic through the whole thing. Wut up wif dat??? </p>

It&#8217;s at 15fps and plays fine outside of PP. Once inside&#8230;it only plays the sound at half speed, and out of sync with the video. I&#8217;ve tried doubling the speed of the audio, but there&#8217;s not enough of it to sync with all of the video&#8230;since there&#8217;s only&hellip;</p>

<p>I went back to my older computer that was running an older version of iTunes&#8230;one that would still allow me to burn a CD! I burned the CD, which created aiff files going to the CD, then imported back from the CD and voila! I could use those aiff files easily in Premiere! Whew&#8230;</p>

I discovered tonight that i can&#8217;t just drag and drop my iTunes music (purchased) into the timeline anymore. Well, to be clear, it seems to just be the m4p files. I tried a few free converters, and none will work since it&#8217;s copyrighted music. </p>

<p>Nope&#8230;i never got a resolution. It&#8217;s weird&#8230;the music clips don&#8217;t really SOUND like they are crushed at the peaks all that much, but i&#8217;m just assuming when their waveforms look like that, they&#8217;ve got to be at least a little sub-par. You might try Paul&#8217;s reply (from 5 years ago), but it doesn&#8217;t seem to affect the actual importing level,&hellip;</p>
