This would be a lifesaver.

Too many times I’ve encountered young editors that have no idea about a computer’s file system/structure, and think that importing and moving files into bins is actually moving the files on the hard drives. Consequently, I have to go behind them and figure out where the actual files are, move them to the correct media drive, then locate the offline files in Premiere.

I usually try to stay away from the ‘Setting’ setting. Yours is set to ‘Aggressive’, and I suspect that it’s too strong for your footage. It’s better to actually tweak the individual settings yourself, though there’s a little bit of a learning curve. I have a general method, but others probably have a different approach.

Your ‘starfield’ track is turned off. Uncheck the little blue eyeball icon next to it.

I’ve finally been able to get back to work by exporting the keyed clips individually, then importing them and using those clips instead. This pretty much confirms that it’s a conflict between Ultra Key and a Lumetri Vignette and a transition. Now if i could only determine if it’s my machine specific.

Sorry, I should have mentioned here that it all started with a project in which an Adjustment Layer was placed on top of everything to add the Vignette to. Thinking that it was a corrupted project, I recreated from scratch and used the Lumetri Vignette directly on the clips.

Downloaded it just to play with it while waiting to see the flood of issues. Can’t open previous version projects, well…you can, but the media is all offline, and has to be re-connected.

Wow! That’s quite a ‘workaround’. It would be easier to just put each individual PSD in a sequence at full frame, apply the Page Turn at the tail, then export that as an AVI, then use the AVI’s, where I can scale them down and the Page Turn will appear normal.
