I have this lighting effect on my logo in after effects and I get it just the way I want it, but when I bring it into premiere, it looks way too bright and pixelated. When I export it through after effects, I get the same result. There are two screenshots, the first is After, the second is Premiere.

I have just a bit of script in a shape to get it to be the right size around a text automatically (see images). But playback is so slow that it’s impossible to work. I don’t understand why this script is causing this problem, because it’s not really that heavy of a script.

No, I keep it in the composition and drop the composition into a new comp. It’s weird, there’s nothing else in the whole project with the same name
