it seems to me as some of the sensors may be dusty or you have dust in wheel like
it lets some tension to build an move wheel a bit ?i would open up cover and see if something is seeable.

Scaling does that i think ? Just the level is preset.
You could make lut that has levels fixed and then use it as your system / project input or output lut?

but you will probably have power issues i bet as 5770 and 570 have thirsty power inputs if i’m correct ?

even if you could adjust blue portion it will not hep as image has heavy banding on it
made by camera i bet.for me it seems that this material is unusable.
