I’m not sure which OS it was a year ago. I’m on El Capitan 10.11.6 now.

The plugin is LenoFX

Yes, the OS has updated a few times. FCP X isn’t showing that there are updates available.

The library is stored on an external hard drive.

“Have you opened the Library level Projects smart collection and checked for the Projects there?” How do I do this?

I tried closing and restarting again and one of the projects that had the missing media is back. But not the other missing project.

I typed missing and only one clip came up not related to either.

And sometimes when I open it, I get the yellow exclamation point under some events but I’m not sure where to go in to check what’s missing or wrong as I’ve already updated the events/projects to the new version.

Hi James,

Thanks so much for your thoughtful response! I just found out that we will be streaming to YouTube and that we already have software to do this….just waiting to hear which one it is. But you also said if we are streaming to YouTube to use their software…is that the case or can I use other software? Bare with me, this is my very first time doing livestreaming.

I planned on using the HDMI cable, I just wasn’t sure if there was something else I needed to link the camera with the computer. And I believe that is what you are referring to when you say “hdmi computer input”? If so, can you recommend any options for me to purchase?
