I already tried to take the sequence out of the productions workspace and I even thought about exporting on chunk&#8230; but then I managed to get this issue fixed.. every time before export I dump the media cache and that worked 🙂 </p>

I may be leaning towards a used M1 laptop with more RAM, since this is my remote system. and yes if I transcode everything to ProRes it will be smoother but for this project thats impossible. at this stage.. For all my other projects we use Pro Res LT and its so smooth 🙂 In the end I just dont know how much better it&hellip;</p>

I can do the job file by file, however is there a way to line up multiple video and audio files on a timeline and sync automatically without doing the job one by one?  </p>

When the file transcodes there is an mxf file on the finder level, however no file in the bin.. I am sure something is wrong and I need to troubleshoot.. </p>
<p>what is the best way to ingest and transcode alpha .mov?</p>

I will give that a try.. I also noticed that in the bin display I can see the reference clips and some of them I can actually consolidate as an entire clip.. </p>

I need to consolidate only the media that is on the final sequence. I dont need new MXF files with handles, only the files copied that are in the sequence.. How can I do this?</p>
<p>If I generate new media with handles I cannot work with that media while the editor works with the original files.
