Last word was wery interesting too:
“you can also just manually position the 3D object by viewing it from multiple angles, scaling it and moving it around until it aligns from all views”I decide to do that thing. Multiple angles view was very helpful in fact. But even after it I saw that my shadow is on my 3D text. I checked my layers but shadow on that layer menu was lower then my 3D text. So? What is going on?

Do you have any idea what happend? Why my shadow is above my 3D text? And how to repair it?

That post upper was written earlier. Now I try do what you showed my on screen.
Kalle, I am close but it doesn’t work.Let see how it look like. After copy and paste the same values from point you told me to do I got something like that:
https://img.prntscr.com/img?url=https://i.imgur.com/5KnarzD.pngMy 3D text from Element 3D showed near my original text but it is much smaller and even doesn’t fit excatly (bu we finally can SEE it near my original text).
What I did wrong? Probably I don’t understand point 1: “1) Align the origin point of the extruded text to the Element 0,0,0 point. In this case, since the text is left aligned, I’ve put the bottom left corner of the E3D extruded text at this spot.”
Can you describe me it again in different words? There is so much to do in point 1.

But I don’t have V2 of that plugin. I have one of earlier versions.But i think I found a solution. But I still need some help.
Ok, I have an uptade. It looks like problem is solved.
View from a different angles was very helpful. Now I can see a true position in 3D world of my text.In that kind of view, everything was better to understand how far from a shadow is my 3D Text layer:

Ok, I am very close. But I don’t know only 1 thing.
How set my shadow below my 3D text?
On screen we can see a shadow on my 3D text layer. But that shadow is trully below in my layer window.
