Well, there are hacks that you can do (which I can’t remember off the top of my head) that will change font size across the mac, but they tend to screw things up all around.

If its just in X, I noticed that you can change font size in the event to small, medium, or large.

I’m sorry that you’re having problems with YouSendIt. That said, I really don’t know where we’d be without it. Best part of it is the desktop app and services in mountain lion. You just right click on a file and ‘send by yousendit’ and it’s out the door. To get files we have the yousendit dropbox link we send to clients and they can send us stuff if they don’t have their own account. This works for pretty much all our network clients.

Oh, and the custom business logo options are pretty fantastic. Client gets an email from us and there’s our big fat logo. I also set up a google apps account so that everybody in the office gets the same email if we receive a file from YSI.

Not trying to resell you on it – just letting you know how we use it.

Sorry, we literately got it in last night and migrated everything overnight. Haven’t had a ton of time to play with today. Apparently people keep expecting us to work or something.

This thing is stupid quiet, too.

Although the glare shot didn’t do it justice, I won’t be buying anymore cinema displays until this becomes standard on all. It’s much better, especially straight on.

Honestly, I thought when I was doing this that two blurs at extreme levels with randomness over 30 seconds would be enough test the systems, but Apple doesn’t care about pros anymore and now we don’t even have time to get coffee between renders.

I just did a similar test dropping a 30 second generator into a 1080p timeline.
Added a 30 second natrual clip generator, then added 80 gaussian blur and 80 zoom blur (variable look setting).

#1 Mac Pro 2010, 12 core, 64 gigs ram, 5770 graphics

#2 2012 27 iMac, loaded w/ 3tb fusion, highest graphics card, 32 gigs ram, and everything you could get pretty much loaded in.
