Well, you probably shouldn’t insert your own stuff into copyrighted works, but if you’re practicing or whatever Mocha would be best for that. It is a planar tracker so it is designed to track planes like those screens. The lite version is bundled with After Effects.

Depending upon how technically savvy you are you can build a hackintosh. I’ve been a Mac user for over a decade, but around the time the “trash can” was introduced, I was wanting a new, fast machine. My office mate runs a hackintosh as well. So at the end of 2013 him and I built one into an old Mac Pro case I got off of eBay. I’ve run tests on it, and it’s faster than nearly every Mac Pro in multi-core performance except it falls slightly to the 12-core beasts of old, and it’s faster than all of them in single core performance by at least 25%, and it’s faster than every Mac listed on Geek Bench’s list. My system is water cooled, nearly silent unless rendering, and my quad core i7 processor is overclocked to 4.3 GHz with no issues in stability. I think it cost me about $1300 including the case.
I moved my office last week, so I took my other 27″ Cinema Display and hooked it up next to the other one. I had to swap out the video card last week to get another display port port to get that to work, but it was pretty much working out of the box. I’ve got an Apple Wired Keyboard and a bluetooth Magic Mouse connected with no issues. My bluetooth works really well because I just got a tiny dongle that fits in the keyboard USB port that you can’t even see, but it works with the mouse perfectly.
The community is vibrant enough that if you have a problem someone else has probably run into it and has already fixed it. I my software without hesitation. System updates I usually wait a little bit on, but since I’ve switched over to Clover, I haven’t really had many issues with updating. About the worst is having to reinstall audio drivers, which takes about 2 minutes including reboot time (and if you have USB audio devices, like these displays or microphones, or whatever, they work without even doing that). There’s a lot of compatibility out there now.
So maybe that’d also be a good option for you. It’s been great for me. And I don’t have to use Windows.

I haven’t used CS6 in quite a while, but I do recall some odd issue where the tracker box would come in scaled negatively and be invisible. Maybe that’s your issue?

Replacing compositions is a little difficult, but what I’d do is make sure the old items become unlinked. So temporarily save your aep where it can’t find the original files. Then if you replace one layer of one of the comps, it’ll find all the new ones and relink. Then you can save the project wherever and it’ll maintain the links to the new files.
Alternatively—and it seems like it’d be a lot easier for you—you could just collect the files to your new folder.

Hi Ana,
All you really need to do is extend your gradient, the end points don’t have to fit within the layer bounds. It’d be great if you could change the cycle repetitions in colorama to allow you to evolve it, but you can’t (I tried). But extending the gradient allows you to change how far the colors are apart, and you can change how long it takes to animate them but moving the gradient slower. All you need to do is make sure the ramp scatter is turned up to eliminate banding.
I’ve set up an aep you can download if you want to experiment with it. I tied the animation to a slider so you can easily change the distance between the colors. If you want it to animate faster, just move the sets of keys. If you need any help with it, let me know.

You answered your own question. Anything with a center point like that, that is collapsed will be translated incorrectly in a different sized comp. You can either use the expression, animate it differently (that would be my preference), use Dave’s suggestion, or you can precomp just the radial wipe with a white shape or solid in a larger size comp without collapsing the transformations and use it as a track matte.
For pie charts, I find it’s much better to do it without radial wipe. Here’s a tutorial on a way to make them with simple stroked circles.

Another way that’s a little more fun, is to hand animate it in Photoshop (if you have a tablet) on a blank video layer. Look up a tutorial for cel animation in Photoshop. It can be pretty easy, but a little bit time consuming. I might do one at some point.
