That was very helpful. I just got confirmation form the client that he deleted the file structure, so there is no more option to rebuild the file structure.

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for your responses. But I will explain my message above a bit differently.
I have C300 footage, but I do not see “C300” in the Aces list of IDT’s. I see the C500 and many others, so what I did is visit the Canon site and found the link I posted above.

How do I get The “C300” into that list of options.
