Seems to me the reasonable solution is for Sony to license the paths for scripts to MAGIX. What a crappy thing for Sony not to due. But Sony has proven that they don’t care about the end users. Seems to me that MAGIX is trying hard to make this deal work. If I were the commercial script producers I would want to produce an “upgrade” for a small fee. The free ones, well if one is very popular I would think the commercial guys might want to fill the market void.

Depends on what codec’s you have installed. I get PRORES out of Mercalli 4.0 to play back easily as does XVAC S as mp4. You have something else wrong in your system.

I am no expert but how about Fusion 8? Can’t beat free and professional level.

Sorry Rod, been doing so much research I can’t remember. But it was from a translation, and mostly like Nikonrumors or DPR.
Thanks for the information, and yes the D7100 has uncompressed (clean no info stuff), and I think its 422 but I can’t confirm that any where.
