I’m not familiar with that way of position a menu, but maybe the problem could be in the HTML. Your sub-menus are at the bottom of your page, so they display using the natural flow, at the bottom.
Try moving them just after your main menu and see if that works.

February 1, 2010 at 4:14 pm in reply to: Html code to display still frame in media playerNot that I know.
Quicktime has the posterframes, but the code doesn’t create the posterframe, you need to create it.
With Flash it’s the same story.
So, you probably will need to extract a still image from your video and link it to your video using javascript and probably an iFrame.
I have never do it that way, so no example to post.
You can also place your still and link it to open the movie player in a new window (can be a pop-up).
Not exactly what you asked, but I hope this helps

The problem is inside your Flash file. You should better try in the Flash forum. Most probably you’ll get help there.

I can see some differences in the tutorial and your code.
I found in the HTML they start the ul, then open a li and an h2
then they close the h2, open a new ul, do their mess and finally close the first li just before they close the first ul.
I am making sense?
They are playing with some hacks I’m not familiar with. I suggest double checking again the code, make it functional and then add the link inside the h2. Maybe adding the link is braking some rule names. That could be the issue, but is hard to say without testing every step starting from a working code.

Where are the h2 elements? Did you erase them?

Thank you, Dan
I’m in Mexico, so no book with the camera. I just read the full article in your link. It’s great.
I’ll do my tests, thank you again for the tips and shortcuts.
