Being a BMD user, I Would like to share some of the
experience with BMD card and Windows

After many version of BMD Wins Driver has been
released,I’ve found that it was very stable editing
with APPro and BMD. All you need is some experience
on how to keep a pc healthy (e.g: do not installed
uneccessary softwares) and a validated pc components,
Then it will be ready to go.

The realtime capability is good with APPro 1.5.1 and
for AFX6.5 you will have Preview out to broadcast
    monitor.

    just my 5 cents advise

  • Hi Luke,

After uninstalling the BMD windows driver 5.1.2, i have installed
new beta 5.2b1 drivers. I’m really happy that now Adobe Premiere Pro
titler is in realtime, good efforts.

But suprisingly all the previously capture DV footages are all in red
    on timeline, any idea?

I’m also having problem that Audio driver can not be installed.
Under event viewer it shown as below:

    Product : Blackmagic Design — Error 1904. Modile E:\ Program Files\
Blamagic Design\ Blackmagic Decklink\ Decklink Audio.dll failed to
register. HRESULT 2147024770. Contact your support personnel.

    Please advise

    Thanks
