Unfortunately, we’re doing automated scripts that enter text from an external source that allows us to do unmonitored renders and projects.. But the problem is that the text length is variable, and putting stuff in a bounded box (paragraph text) allows things to remain neat…
It just needs to be vertically centered.. and.. it’s just not there.

No, this is using photoshop layer styles, so it’s not an EFFECT being applied, it’s a layer style.
So any time I put on an animator that blurs or scales or fades a layer, i get the effect on the right.
I can’t re-order them as they’re layer styles.
Also, the motion blur applied there is just the standard motion blur layer toggle that you set beside the 3d Layer option.
