    If this sequence is one you’ve used recently, move your mouse pointer just to the left of the current sequence name above the record side in the composer window. A downward-pointing triangle will appear. Click and hold to see a list of your most recently used sequences. Hopefully you’ll see the edit you need, select it and begin working happily.
    Now that you’ve got your edit loaded, you should make a subsequence of it to a bin you’ll remember. You can do this by option-dragging from the video window or clicking and dragging the sequence icon next to where you found your list of recently used seqs.
